This guide provides a methodology for training and building active and influential community leadership. It highlights the formation of self-aware leaders who possess the capabilities of communication and teamwork, and who have a sense of the ability to solve problems at various local and regional levels. Project participants were activists from Taybeh and the Triangle region.

This presentation defines media literacy and the importance of media in our lives. It explains why and how we use media, and how it influences our life, in addition to describing types of content on social platforms and ways to deal with them. The presentation also highlights digital citizenship. 

This course aims to raise legal awareness among young people. It describes the concept and importance of law, presents the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, components of the Jordanian constitution and the concept of citizenship, which is based on rights and obligations. It also details the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and reinforces the importance of law in our lives. 

This presentation aims at developing and refining skills related to the communication process. It focuses on the principles and elements of communication, along with barriers and means of overcoming them. It clarifies types of communication and the three elements of a message, along with detailing listening and feedback skills. 

Through this course, participants acquire basic financial skills that can help them manage their finances effectively and achieve greater financial stability and independence. It focuses on four main components: money fundamentals (What is money? What is its role? Value vs. cost? Needs vs. wants?), saving and budgeting, smart spending, and income and creating opportunities. 

This presentation introduces participants to time management skills. It describes the benefits of time management, identifying SMART goals, highlighting the importance of planning and routine setting to achieve goals, and, finally, evaluating common time management tools. 

This training course aims to develop participants’ skills in thinking clearly and rationally by linking ideas to reach correct decisions and effective and creative solutions to problems. It also focuses on changing stereotypical thinking, postulates, preconceived ideas and erroneous assumptions, and paves the way for adopting critical and creative thinking approaches. 

This course teaches the correct methods for dealing with differences and the skills necessary for negotiation before reaching violence. It details the degrees of conflict, how conflict evolves, and types and causes of conflict. The presentation then provides suggestions for conflict management skills.
